Hello! I’m Eva, the farmer and dreamer behind Moss & Mana

I started this farm in Monkton, Vermont to share the small magic of seasonal food and flowers. What began with a few trays of microgreens has grown into a rotation of fresh greens, hand-picked bouquets, and small-batch goods.

The name Moss & Mana comes from two inspirations: moss, with its quiet resilience and beauty of the forest floor, and mana, a word for the vital magic that flows through living things. Together, they remind me that farming is both humble and enchanted - a way of turning soil, sunlight, and care into something nourishing.

Each harvest is a snapshot of Vermont’s seasons, a little spell of flavor or color to brighten your table. By choosing Moss & Mana, you support local, sustainable agriculture and help me grow something rooted in care for the earth.

My goal is simple: to share food and flowers that connect us to the rhythms of nature, and bring joy to everyday life.
